Battery Isolation Pick
A huge time saver, the battery isolation pick slides between the battery contacts and logic board of certain devices, allowing power to be isolated without requiring the removal of the logic board. Simply remove the retaining screw above the battery contact and slide the pick underneath the logic board.
Works with iPad Air, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4 and some MacBook models.
This task can also be accomplished with any thin piece of plastic, such as a couple of our Opening Picks.
