NOTE: The CD drivers included with the battery must be fully installed prior to inserting the battery.
Please read before installing CD:
1. Please make sure you have the original battery, and did not use other OEM battery yet
2. The original Sony brand battery must be charged over 35% and left inside the laptop during the CD installation process. If the original battery is not charged over 35%, the CD can not install. It is best to keep on AC power during the installation process as well.
3. Please close antivirus software before you use the CD update your laptop BIOS.
4. There’s a manual in the CD, please do as the instruction. Insert the CD while original battery is still in the laptop, it will autorun, Just click ok.
5. Let the CD finish installing. Once it is completely done, you can remove the original Sony battery and insert the generic.
6. Any problems, feel free to contact our customer service.
Note: Please install the CD drive before use the new battery. It's not compatible with Windows 7/xp/vista.
